• Senior Climbers - needs at least 10 years of climbing experience with knowledge of cranes and dangerous removals.
• Climbers - need at least 3-4 years experience.
• Groundsman - needs at least 7 years of tree experience. (Know how to rope, operate a chainsaw, operate machinery and drive dump truck).
• Salesman - needs a history of tree experience and also the want to sell work. Previous experience is a plus with your sale percentage.
